DESCRIPTION

A new study for a residence in Anavyssos, on a 5-acre plot with a slight slope. The project aims to make the most of the plot’s slope and sea view. The architectural design uses neutral textures and colors to create a building complex in full harmony with its environment.
The buildings have been placed on the plot to make the best use of the space. The arrangement between them forms the pool and outdoor living area, enhancing the experience of being outdoors for the residents.
The large openings are oriented towards the view and the light, ensuring a pleasant ambiance inside the building. At the same time, they offer an open view of the garden and the sea from most parts of the residence.
On the ground floor and the first floor, the balconies created provide valuable shade to the interiors, while allowing residents to use the yard even in light rain conditions. At the same time, these platforms – balconies are oriented towards the view.
