A new study for a residence in Anavyssos, on a 5-acre plot with a slight slope. The project aims to make the most of the plot’s slope and sea view. The architectural design uses neutral textures and colors to create a building complex in full harmony with its environment. The buildings have been placed on the plot to make the best use of the space. The arrangement between them forms the pool and outdoor living area, enhancing the experience of being outdoors for the residents. The large openings are oriented towards the view and the light, ensuring a pleasant ambiance inside the building. At the same time, they offer an open view of the garden and the sea from most parts of the residence. On the ground floor and the first floor, the balconies created provide valuable shade to the interiors, while allowing residents to use the yard even in light rain conditions. At the same time, these platforms – balconies are oriented towards the view.

Το έργο αφορά την εκ βάθρων ανακαίνιση χώρου συνολικής επιφάνειας περίπου 1.000 τ.μ. σε όροφο κτιρίου γραφείων στο Μαρούσι, το οποίο πλέον στεγάζει τα γραφεία γνωστής πολυεθνικής εταιρείας Η παρέμβαση υπήρξε καθολική, καθώς κανένα στοιχείο της προϋπάρχουσας κατάστασης δεν διατηρήθηκε Επρόκειτο για έργο υψηλών απαιτήσεων, λόγω της σημασίας του πελάτη, της πολυπλοκότητας των απαιτήσεων αλλά και εξαιτίας του ιδιαίτερα περιορισμένου χρονοδιαγράμματος Σε συνεργασία με αρχιτεκτονικές και ηλεκτρομηχανολογικές ομάδες μελετών του εξωτερικού, καθώς και με τους Project Managers της εταιρείας, ολοκληρώθηκε η μελέτη εφαρμογής και ο συνολικός συντονισμός όλων των επιμέρους σχεδίων Η υλοποίηση του έργου — συμπεριλαμβανομένων της μελέτης, των αδειοδοτήσεων και της κατασκευής — πραγματοποιήθηκε εντός πέντε μηνών Ο σχεδιασμός των εσωτερικών χώρων βασίζεται στη σαφήνεια και τη λειτουργική οργάνωση. Η κάτοψη διαμορφώθηκε με τρόπο απλό και ευανάγνωστο, διασφαλίζοντας την άμεση κατανόηση της διάρθρωσης των χώρων ακόμη και από επισκέπτες που βρίσκονται για πρώτη φορά στο κτίριο Η υποδοχή τοποθετείται σε κεντρικό σημείο και συνδυάζεται με χώρους διημέρευσης και ανάπαυσης του προσωπικού, ενώ το κύριο τμήμα εργασίας απομονώνεται με αυστηρότητα, σύμφωνα με υψηλές προδιαγραφές ασφάλειας Τα τελικά φινιρίσματα επιλέχθηκαν σε φυσικές αποχρώσεις, με ιδιαίτερη έμφαση στη βιωσιμότητα των υλικών. Μεγάλο ρόλο στη γενικότερη αισθητική του χώρου παίζουν τα έργα τέχνης που έχουν τοποθετηθεί, είτε σε μορφή καμβάδων είτε σε μορφή τοιχογραφίας, σε συνεργασία με Έλληνες καλλιτέχνες που εκπόνησαν τα έργα αυτά ειδικά για τις ανάγκες του πελάτη Οι εγκαταστάσεις κλιματισμού, εξαερισμού και ηλεκτρολογικών συστημάτων παραμένουν σε μεγάλο βαθμό εμφανείς, ενταγμένες συνειδητά στον αρχιτεκτονικό σχεδιασμό Η εφαρμογή σύγχρονων τεχνολογικών λύσεων εξασφαλίζει ενεργειακή αποδοτικότητα, εργονομία και ένα συνεκτικό αισθητικό αποτέλεσμα που ανταποκρίνεται στις λειτουργικές και εταιρικές απαιτήσεις του έργου
