Duplex house in Anavyssos is located on a five-acre plot with a gentle slope and unobstructed sea views. The main objective of the design is to fully utilize the natural topography of the site while strengthening the residence’s connection to the surrounding landscape.
The architectural approach is based on clean geometries, natural materials, and soft color palettes, creating a building complex that is fully harmonized with its environment. The individual volumes are strategically positioned across the plot to optimize spatial organization, while their arrangement defines the core of the outdoor living experience: the pool area and the exterior lounge spaces.
Large openings, oriented toward the view and natural light, enhance transparency and reinforce the continuity between interior and exterior spaces, while offering panoramic views of the garden and the sea from most areas of the residence.
On both the ground and upper floors, covered colonnades provide natural shading, protecting the interior spaces and allowing the outdoor areas to remain functional even during light rainfall. At the same time, elevated terraces and balconies oriented toward the view enhance the overall living experience and strengthen the connection with the landscape.
