DESCRIPTION

The residence is located in Ekali, on a 1,200 sq.m. plot, and unfolds across three levels. The ground floor is designed in an L-shaped layout, allowing for a subtle separation between the living area, kitchen, and dining space, while simultaneously enhancing the connection to the outdoor areas.

The upper floor accommodates three bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, as well as an independent guest room. The basement hosts the auxiliary functions of the residence, along with leisure and wellness spaces including a playroom, gym, sauna, and a small wine cellar.

The building’s geometry establishes a direct relationship with the outdoor living area, while the large openings strengthen the continuity between interior and exterior spaces. External louvers add a distinctive character to the composition while also regulating shading and natural light.

The architectural design focuses on clean geometric volumes and the strong contrast of materials and tones: the upper prism is clad in travertine stone in earthy hues, balanced by the solid black plaster surfaces of the ground floor, creating a refined and contemporary architectural composition.
