We are excited to announce the commencement of a new hotel project — Seabreeze Suites, located in the historic coastal town of Nafplio. TIMELINE AND WHAT IS NEXT

• Design phase: Completed. Our architectural team has finalized the detailed plans, blending aesthetic vision with technical feasibility.
• Construction phase: Set to begin in the coming spring. Over the next months, we will start ground-works and structural construction.
• Expected completion: Late 2026. Once completed, Seabreeze Suites will be ready to welcome guests seeking a refined yet tranquil hospitality experience in Nafplio.
